Theater "Faux Départs" by Et Voila Théatre
Et Voilà Théâtre is happy to present Faux Départ ("False Start"), a comedy written in 2004 by Jean-Marie Chevret.
In Faux Départ, Jean Marmion believes selfishly that his wife Odile wants, like him, to retire in France Touraine region. But Odile, a true Parisian, is not eager to leave fast paced Paris.
Jean's sister, Marie-Claire, suggests Odile and Jean rent out their apartment extra bedroom. Diane, the new tenant, will turn the Marmion's life upside down.
This upbeat play lasts 2 hours and is rated PG.
The four characters are played by Yves Cloots - Jean, Laurence Sebeyran - Odile, Pascale Lazare - Marie-Claire, and Perrine Legoullon - Diane.
