The Story of Villefranche-sur-Mer
Cédric CIRASA returns to the University of Texas to present his beautiful and historic city, Villefranche-sur-Mer, to students and the general public. Villefranche is a harbor town and Mediterranean resort, just east of Nice on the French Riviera. Mr. CIRASA will also talk about the establishment of a sister city agreement with the city of Austin in November, 2010.
