This documentary film explores the two sides of France during World War II.
Both collaborators and resisters are seen through the eyes of seven French people – four survivors of the Holocaust, two historians, and a leader of the French Resistance.
One of the filmmakers, Dr. Eileen Angelini (Professor of French and Chair of the Department of Modern Languages at Canisius College in Buffalo, NY), will be present and will lead a pre-viewing talk on ‘Women of the Resistance and Those Under French Occupation: Understanding Their Stories’, as well as a post-viewing Q & A.
